How Apollo.io pricing works

Apollo.io offers Free, Basic, Professional, and Custom tiers billed either monthly or annually upfront at a discount. Pricing is structured around platform access and a pooled credit system that resets every billing cycle without rollover, alongside add-on credit options for extra volume.

• All seats on an Apollo account must be on the same plan; mixing plan levels across users is not allowed.
• Credits are pooled across the entire team and reset at the beginning of each billing cycle; unused credits do not roll over.
• Features marked 'Unlimited' are subject to Apollo's Fair Use Policy.
• Annual billing commits for 12 months at a discounted rate; switching from annual to monthly requires waiting until the annual cycle expires.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect immediately without refunds for unused time.
• Add-on credits renew automatically every billing cycle until removed before the next renewal date.
• Plans are strictly for internal business use; reselling or building external products with Apollo data requires a separate custom agreement.
